Before founding his consultancy, Roto was the Commanding Officer and Chief Executive with the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), where he exceeded revenue targets by $1 million, shortened average program schedules by 10% and cut overhead expenses by over 5%. Roto also offers executive-level coaching, and high-performing organization services to a broad range of organizations.
