- 8:45 - Goodwill CEO Bill Oakley shares remarks about Goodwill's mission and ways for chamber members to get involved
- 9:00 - Q&A session
- 9:10 - "Behind the scenes" tour of Goodwill's warehouse and donation processing area
- 9:30/9:45 - Tour concludes, attendees depart
