Lake Nona Area Council
GUEST SPEAKER:
Lorraine Scholler
Assistant Director of Development
UCF College of Medicine
Since her hire in July 2009, Mrs. Scholler has led the Dean's Society and coordinated many college special events, including the White Coat Ceremony and Luminary Series. She was instrumental in planning the College of Medicine Opening Celebration in October 2010, which was attended by more than 1,100 guests and raised $350,000.
Prior to joining the UCF College of Medicine, Mrs. Scholler was the Assistant Director of Student & Parent Alumni Programs at the UCF Alumni Association. There, too, she coordinated special events, in addition to advising the 4EVER KNIGHTS Ambassadors, the official student hosts of the UCF Alumni Association, and managing the $1 million UCF Alumni Scholarship Trust Fund.
A two-time graduate of UCF, Mrs. Scholler received her bachelor's degree in interpersonal communication and her master's degree in public administration. In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, entertaining friends, and spending time with her family.
