Leadership for Change: How to Motivate Employees and Retain Customers During Periods of Change

Change is inevitable in the business world today, and it often occurs at a pace that presents leaders with new and complex challenges in uncharted territory. The issue is not whether change will occur, but rather how you as a leader are going to respond and adapt to the change taking place around you and your business. This session will focus on helping you manage change more effectively by equipping you with practical tools for gaining competitive clarity and executing an intentional change-management strategy. In addition, you will be introduced to a three-step model that will enable you to get laser-focused on doing what is most important in order to keep employees motivated and customers satisfied in the midst of change.
