McKinley\n\nOrange County Sheriff's Office \n\n \n\nDuring his thirty plus years with the Orange County Sheriff's Office\, Chief Deputy McKinley has served in the Uniform Patrol Division\, Special Investigations Division\, Criminal Investigations Division and the Human Resources Division as the Labor Relations Manager.  He was also instrumental in helping develop a data integration program that links disparate law enforcement records management systems and enables law enforcement agencies to share information related to pawned property\, persons of interest and suspect vehicle information.\n\n\n\nChief Deputy McKinley is responsible for the day to day management of the Sheriff's Office Administrative Services Bureau\, which is comprised of the Human Resources Division\, Court Services & Communications Division\, Support Services Division\, Media Relations and Technical Projects. He is married and has four sons and is very active in his community\, coaching baseball and soccer.
