Enjoy a continental breakfast while connecting with professionals and colleagues in healthcare.\n\n\n\n\n\nLearn more about our host\, Modern Eyes at Alafaya and Dr. Brandon Mondesir O.D. and his team. Dr. Mondesir is a residency-trained Optometric Physician providing a full scope of primary eye care for your entire family.  His areas of specialties include pediatric vision\, specialty contact lenses\, Corneal Refractive Therapy\, and the management of vision conditions with the use of traditional or state of the art techniques.  \n\n\n\nHe is an active member of the Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians\, Florida Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.  He is dedicated to bringing the latest eye care innovations in a professional and ethical manner to all his clients.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will also have a brief educational component with April Boykin\, MWS\, Principal & Founder of the Counseling Resource Services.  April is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in Central Florida non-profit and healthcare industries for more than 28 years.  She is the co-owner of Counseling Resource Services\, Inc.\, a community integrated behavioral health agency serving adults\, the elderly and disabled and caregivers and families.  Her diverse style includes the use of traditional therapeutic techniques\, life coaching and Energy Psychology.  \n\n\n\nShe is a Hypnotherapist\, EFT and NLP practitioner and EMDR trained. April takes an individual approach to supporting clients and believes that each person's journey of healing is self directed and unique.  She also believes that personal growth development and change are central to finding peace\, happiness and joy in life.
