Avani Desai is the CEO at Schellman. Avani has more than 15 years of experience in IT attestation, risk management, compliance and privacy. Her primary focus is on emerging healthcare issues and privacy concerns for organizations.

Tom Dyll is the Executive Director of Information Security Risk Management, Governance and Assurance at AdventHealth. A member of AdventHealth's Information Security leadership team for 6 years and 22 years of hands on information technology and information security experience at AdventHealth. Prior to joining AdventHealth in 2000, included IT positions at Alere Healthcare, Wells Fargo Bank, and Ford Motor Company. Certifications include CISSP and Certified HITRUST Practitioner.
Chet Naran, IT Director, The Villages Health System
Chet Naran is a passionate IT leader and effective problem solver, team builder and program owner who consistently delivers on commitments while adding business value. Chet focuses on people and Information Technology along with Business objectives to create innovative solutions that drive change.
Chet Naran has served as Director of Information Technology at The Villages Health System since 2019. The Villages Health System is a community-based, patient-centered health care system that is known for its innovation, quality, passion, and service. There, Naran is responsible for leading all organizational efforts related to infrastructure, support, security operations and engineering. Naran is also responsible for all IT security and compliance, identity access management, policy development, security audit, and vendor risk management to meet challenging security and compliance demands. Prior to joining The Villages Health System, he managed health care IT implementations at Premise Health, the world?s leading direct healthcare provider.
Angela Polania, Principal, Elevate Consult
Angela is a multifaceted business, finance and information technology professional with over twenty years of professional services experience in the areas of internal controls, cyber security and Information Technology (IT) consulting. Angela has the ability to develop strong relationships both within and without the organization from entry level to senior executive management.
Angela began her career working for large international consulting firms: Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, departing as an Experienced Manager. Angela managed large scale assurance and consulting engagements which required working with international offices and client locations in Latin America and Europe. At Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, where she started her professional services career, Angela served as senior and staff consultant for the business consulting and risk advisory services practices of those firms.
Angela has a bachelor's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Florida International University. She is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified IT Risk Assessor (CRISC), Certified Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Professional (CHSPP), HITRUST CSF Assessor, Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP), and ITIL (IT service delivery) V3 Certified. Angela is the Treasurer for the South Florida CIO Council and member of the IT Audit and Control Organization (ISACA).

Kevin Schmick, VP Information Security Officer, Cogent Bank
Kevin Schmick is the Information Security Officer at Cogent Bank. In this role he leads the Information Security team responsible for the bank's cyber security efforts that secure and protect information, while ensuring the overall cyber resiliency of the bank. Kevin has extensive technical expertise on matters of information security, compliance, networking, disaster recovery, and data center operations. He has been in the financial services industry for 15 years.
