SCORE - Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Update
This Paychex seminar covers the basic guidelines, rules and regulations for paying exempt and non-exempt employees. It explains the December 1, 2016 overtime changes which will have a significant impact on small business. The change more than doubles the current overtime threshold. Learn more about the Fair Labor Standards Act and the various tests used to determine employee status. Independent contractors will also be discussed.
